These terms govern your use of the WingbookHQ platform. Please review them carefully.
WingbookHQ is a privately owned platform managed by Daniel Sinitsky. References to “WingbookHQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to this privately owned business operating in England and Wales.
By accessing the platform you confirm that you are authorised by your organisation, you will maintain accurate account information, and you will keep credentials secure. Administrators are responsible for determining which members may access their organisation’s data.
The platform provides tooling to help clubs manage aircraft, bookings, maintenance, and finance records. WingbookHQ does not operate aircraft, provide pilot services, or validate regulatory compliance. All operational decisions remain solely with your organisation.
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant WingbookHQ a licence to store and process that data solely to provide the services. You warrant that you have all permissions needed to submit the data and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to reverse engineer, interfere with platform security, misuse other members’ data, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access where we detect behaviour that threatens the stability or security of the service.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free data, or that the service will meet your specific regulatory obligations.
WingbookHQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill; or for any claim related to flight operations, safety, maintenance, or regulatory decisions made by your organisation. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the total fees (if any) you paid to WingbookHQ in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold WingbookHQ harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, or violation of law.
We may update these terms or the service with notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time; obligations accrued before termination will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local law requires otherwise.
